- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number: W9114F-06-R-0029 issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). A firm-fixed price type contract will result from this solicitation. Solicitation, amendments and other misc ellaneous documents will be posted to FedBizOpps (http://www.eps.gov). It is the responsibility of each offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to current information. This acquisition will be conducted using Full and Open competition procedures. The Europe Regional Contracting Office has a requirement to purchase the following items: Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: CLIN 0001 HIGH PRESSURE STEAM STERILIZER FOR STERILIZATION OF SOLID AND NON S OLID PRODUCTS WRAPPED OR UNWRAPPED IN STERILIZATION RECEPTACLE DIN 58952 T1, CONTAINER, STERILIZATION PAPER DIN 58953 T2 OR IN SINGLE / DOUPLE LAYER CLOTH OR FOIL. THE STERILIZER SHALL MEET THE FOLLOWING STANDARDS DIN EN 285: STEAM STERILIZER FOR MEDICAL E QUIPMENT; 3X3X6 GIVEN SIZE BY DIN 58946 T2, TAB A1; QUALITY GRADE MATERIAL GRADE BY DIN 58946 T2 TAB A1; PERFORMANCE GRADE 3 CLASSIFICATION GRADE BY DIN 58946 T2, TAB 2; STERILIZER DIN EN 285-3X3X6 TYPE COMPACT 336-1-FD, ONE DOOR, 2 YEAR WARRANTY FOR THE STEAM STERILIZER, 5 YEAR WARRANTY FOR THE PRESSURE CHAMBER AND DOORS, MANUFACTURER HOLZNER or COMPARABLE EQUAL, QTY 2 each; CLIN 0002, STEAM STERILIZER INSTALLATION COSTS QTY 2 each; CLIN 0003, STEAM FILTER AND INSTALLATION 2 each; CLIN 0004, PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE QTY 4 each. Electrical Requirements 230V/50Hz; 2 copies each of Operator and Maintenance/Service Manuals in English Language; Display, Control Labels and ALL Software Version Copies must be in English Language for operating and subsystem components, if required. Warranty statement will be provided in English. The place(s) of delivery and acceptance will be U.S. Hospital Heidelberg, Karlsruher Str 144, MMB Bldg . 3613, 69126 Heidelberg, Germany. The contractor will provide the earliest delivery date. All offerors must quote FOB Destination, USAMEDDAC Heidelberg, Germany.
