Contractor is responsible for unloading material at the designated staging area. Material shall be delivered to Staging area located west of Columbus, New Mexico in an area known as the Class 4 Yard at the Bunkhouse, Johnson Farms (GPS Coordinates: N 31 47 .784 W 107 48.878). Driving directions are as follows: Head West on NM State Road 9 approximately 10.5 miles from Columbus, NM. Between MM 76-77, you take a left on County Road C-004 and continue South until the paved road turns to the right. At this point All deliveries shall be coordinate with the designated point of contact shown below: SGT Manuel Alonzo New Mexico Army National Guard Mobile: 505-491-5417 Email: manuel.alonzo@us.army.mil Coordination shall take place no less than 24 hours prior to the anticipated delivery time. The proposed contract type is firm-fixed priced. The price will be the only factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be based on LOWEST-PRICE. To be considered for award the offeror, its products and services, must meet the qual ification requirements as listed in the forthcoming solicitation in order to be eligible for award. The Request for Quote (RFQ) shall be available on or about September 1, 2006. The anticipated award date is on or about September 6, 2006. The solicitation will only available for download via the Federal Business Opportunities (www.fedbizopps.gov) website and Federal Technical Data System (www.fedted.gov). The NAICS is 336510, and the Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. The acquisition is being solicited set aside 100% for small business.
