- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Research Development and Engineering Center (RDEC) plans an award for subscriptions for one year online database for Aerospace Systems, Electro nic Systems, Weapons Systems and World Aerospace & Defense Intelligence. The following clauses applies to this requirement are FAR Clauses 52-212-1, 52-212-2, 52-212-3,52-212-4 and 52-212-5. See numbered note #22.
