Description: This amendment is issued to accomplish the following: 1. Change shipping/transportation address from U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground, Yuma AZ to Cold Regions Test Center, (Fort Greely) Delta Junction, Alaska 99737, 2. Answer the following technical Que stion: Question #1- This solicitation mentions a dual voltage generator set. What two voltages are required for this equipment? Answer #1-The dual voltage specification is 480/277 VAC and 240/120 VAC 60 Hz, simultaneously controlled through a load distribu tion panel. The load distribution panel will have the 700 amp/240 volt shunt trip and a 400 amp/480 volt shunt trip main breaker. The main breaker's shunt trips will be controlled by the 24 VDC system.
