- Contractor shall furnish all necessary plant, labor, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary to prepare site, lay and compact caliche for convoy course, with finished dimensions of approximately 4,000 lf long and 10? wide. Preparing the site consists of, but is not limited to: clearing, grubbing, excavating and compacting. Caliche will then be laid on prepared surface and compacted. The magnitude of this project is below $25,000. NAICS Code is 237312 size standard $31 million. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED, open to both large and small business and is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656). Performance period is 30 calendar days after receipt of NTP. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The estimated posting date to the FedBizOps website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov) of the Request For Quote will be 1 Sep 06. The site visit will be on or about (O/A) 6 Sep 06, and Proposal Due date O/A 12 Sep 06, the exact dates will be included in the RFQ when posted to FBO. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 and 252.232-7009 in order to receive award.
