- Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, has a requirement for a Non-Personal service contract to provide instruction, materials, travel and other items necessary to provide the necessary skill and knowledge to write or assist in writing Specific, Measurable, Aligned, Realistic and Timely (SMART) job ojectives to supervisors and non-supervisory employees at Altus AFB. The contractor will provide this service in accordance with the Statement of Work. The solicitation, or Request for Quote (RFQ), FA4419-06-T-0025, will be issued. The solicitation will be issued on or about 01 September 2006 with a closing date of 08 September 2006. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (<http://www.ccr.gov>) and have their Representations and Certifications Application filed under the new ORCA database (<http://www.bpn.gov>) to be eligible for award.
