- The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany intends to issue a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type of contract to support the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) program on behalf of CDC Addis Ababa in September 2006. The scope of work requires the successful contractor to supply HIV test kits, reagents and laboratory supplies and deliver them to 89 Antiretroviral Treatment (ART) hospitals throughout Ethiopia on a monthly basis. Proposals will be due approximately on September 25, 2006.
