- Request for Proposals: Wellness Services The Exeter Job Corps Academy (EJCA) is seeking proposals for sub-contracts for our on-site Wellness Center in located in Exeter, Rhode Island. The EJCA is a residential based Education and Vocational Training facility with the capacity of 200 students. The purpose of these subcontracts is to provide eight (8) hours of medical services per week for 38 weeks for: Physician for four (4) hours per week for 38 weeks Physician?s Assistant or Nurse Practioner for four (4) hours per week for 38 weeks These subcontracts are for personnel only to be assigned to the Wellness Center. Exeter Job Corps Academy will provide all supplies, material and support services, including facilities and equipment, required to operate the Wellness Center.
