- Notice of intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for subscription of electronic access for Real Estate Executive Board Publications to Real Estate Executive Board, 2000 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Suite 6000, Washington, DC 20006. This subscription is necessary in order for the Office of Real Property to support their mission in providing DHS Real Estate executives direction and coordination for all communications and relationships between DHS and other agencies with extensive real estate holdings. The Office of Procurement Operations intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(1)(2). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made because the Real Estate Executive Board is the only distributor of Real Estate Executive Board Publications. This procurement must be completed in a timely matter in order to meet mission requirements.
