- Description
- The National Institutes of Health intends to negotiate and award on a sole source purchase order utilizing Small Purchase Procedures to United Medical LLC 6801 Eastern Ave., Ste 118 Baltimore, Md 21224. it is is the Governments belief that the co. noted above is the only source that can meet the need, because of past projects and performance, efficiencies of operations and dependability. The contractor shall supply the following (1 ea. Innovet tm CR/40 Reader 02375-000, (1 ea.- Veterinary Software - 02426-000, (2 ea. Cassettes 14 x 17 in. with Imaging plates 02422-00, (1 ea. Computer 02423-000, 1 Ea. Monitor 02425-000; Installation & Training 1 day 02444-000, Warranty and Support, Software maintenance 90 day support Grid for optimal image quality. This is not a Request for competitive quotations. Interested vendors should identify in writing their interest and capability statement directed spicically to the requirement above. The Information furnished shall include enough material to perform a proper Evaluation. Respondants will not be notiried of the evaluation results.
