- Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for repair of a 200 MVA Autotransformer originally manufactured by Federal Pacific Electric. This autotransformer is triple rated 120/160o/200 MVA, 230-115-13.8kV operating voltages, high voltage tpas of +/- 2.5% and +/- 5%. The solicitation will be issued with full and open competition. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about September 5, 2006, at http://3-center.doe.gov (also www.fedbizopps.gov).
