- Description
- The government intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity or Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract with Firm Fixed Pricing for Shipboard Piping configurations/pieces in support of the Commander Naval Surface Forces and Commander Naval Air Forces Habitability Self Improvement Program. Material items shall conform to the Military Performance Specification cited in the statement of work and contract line items, see below POCs for copies. This request for sources is issued to confirm the existence of a small business manufacturing base to allow the requirement to be conducted as a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Small business manufacturing concerns interested in meeting these requirements should contact FISC Norfolk to establish a potential bidders list. Any potential manufacturer shall be checked with the Central Contract Registration (CCR) for size verification. The Government does not intend to use FAR Part 12 for this requirement. The period of performance for the resulting contract is anticipated as a basic year and four (4) option years. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332919 and the corresponding Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 4730. The contractor shall provide piping as coordinated with the Government Representative on an individual basis per delivery order. Delivery orders shall be authorized for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Command (MARMC).
