- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotations are being requested not later than 2pm on 12 Sep 2006. This solicitation F3AT8C6230A200 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12. The solicitation is issued as a commercial acquisition and it is 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 332992 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The resulting purchase order shall be Firm-Fixed-Price. The delivery date shall be 30 days after receipt of award. The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, installation and supplies necessary to provide 100,000 rounds of AK-47 Blank Ammunition, 7.62x39, Star/Rosette crimp, Brass/Steel casing (prefer brass); and 30,000 rounds of AK-47 Live Ammunition, 7.62x39, FMJ, Brass/Steel casing (prefer brass).
