- Contractor shall furnish all layout, survey, plant, labor, supervision, quality control, materials, equipment, machines, tools, appliances, services, supplies, and incidentals to perform all operations in connection with project JCUU 06-6027, Renovate Room 147 at Fireschool. Magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. NAICS Code is 236220, size standard $31 million. The anticipated performance period is 30 days after receipt of NTP. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for HUBZone Certified Small Business. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in FAR 52.204-7. CCR can be obtained by accessing the Internet http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423 or 269-961-5757. CCR must be obtained before award can be made. The estimated posting date to the FedBizOps website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov) of the Request For Proposal will be O/A 05 Sep 06. The site visit will be O/A 08 Sep 06, and Proposal Due date O/A 18 Sep 06, the exact dates will be included in the RFQ when posted to FBO. Funds are presently available for this project. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
