- This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract with one basic year for a quantity of 21ea. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL NO LONGER BE SOLICITED WITH OUT YEAR REQUIREMENTS. NSN: 3655-00-614-0002RN , P/N: 55D6053, FORM/FUNC: The Portable Oxygen Recharger Two Bottle Hand Truck, herein referred to as Oxygen Hand Truck( figure1-1) is a light weight, two wheel, steerable, towable, hand truck is equipped with high and low pressure servicing hoses. The primary purpose of the Oxygen Hand Truck is to recharge aircraft oxygen systems. The Oxygen Hand Truck can recharge high and/or low pressure oxygen systems and has a capacity for two 100lb. Oxygen cylinders. The Oxygen Hand Truck is a portable oxygen recharging system with high and low pressure hoses, wheels for mobility, pintle for towing and the capacity for two 100lb. Oxygen cylinders. DIM: height: 65in., width: 34in.,Depth 34in., Pounds 200lbs W/O Cyl. Predominant material: Steel. Also See WR-ALc local Note: F, and number notes 8,26. The solicitation will be posted on 30 August 2006 and will close on 20 Sept. 2006.Solicitation will be available for viewing or down loading at www.fedbizopps.gov only. No telephone requests. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE ISSUED. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. This acquisition may/does involve technology that has a military or space application. The only US contractors who may participate are those that are certified and registered with DLSC( 1-800-352-3572) and have a legitimate business purpose. US contractors must submit a copy of their current approved DD form 2345 with their request for password access.
