Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment to remove existing carpet tiles and cove base and install Government furnished carpet tiles, vinyl floor tile, cove base, transition/threshold and miscellaneous associated work in building 64-G at the U.S. Census Bureau in Jeffersonville, Indiana in accordance with furnished statement of work. Estimated cost of this project is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. A site visit is recommended. Awardee shall be registered at www.ccr.gov and submit a Census Vender Registration Form. Contractor employees will be required to qualify for Census Security passes prior to commencing work. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Service Contract Act Wage rates shall apply.
