- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the following commercial items, Line Item 001: Installation of Security Camera System with Digital Recording to Compact Disc. This synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) W912J3-06-T-0022. Submit written offers, oral offers will not be accepted. A ll firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as a TOTAL SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
