- FA8620-05-G-3028 0018 Predator System Certification and Accreditation (C&A): This is a pre-solicitation synopsis. The Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC), Predator System Program Office (PSS) intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. to allocate resources to accomplish Certification &Accreditation tasks in compliance with the Department of Defense (DoD) Information Technology Security Certification and Accreditation Process (DITSCAP), and NSA Information System Certification and Accreditation Process (NISCAP). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This effort shall include SSAA Support, Architecture Drawings, Security Analysis, Predator System Configuration Management Process, C&A status meetings, other Information Assurance support as needed for the C&A process. General Atomics ASI is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the Predator system, and is the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience and technical data required to perform these efforts. The government does not own the data rights for the system; therefore, to avoid duplication costs, the government intends to award the effort pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Please indicate dollars relative to the size standard of $6,500,000 for determination of small business status.
