- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this request is AD-82D7-S-06-014 and is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). Please reference this number when submitting your quote. Quotes are due by close of business on September 8, 2006. Quotes can be mailed to the attention of Linda Howell, White River National Forest, PO Box 948, 900 Grand Avenue, Glenwood Springs, CO 81602. Fax or email quotes will also be accepted at Fax No. 970-945-3211 or electronically at lhowell@fs.fed.us. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in affect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12.
