The contractor shall provide material, supplies, services, and equipment to construct a boat launching ramp at Applegate, Cowlington Point, and Short Mountain Cove Public Use Areas, Robert S. Kerr Lake, Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Plans and specifications will be ready on or about September 8, 2006 and will be downloadable through FedTeDS.
