- This Combined Solicitation/synopsis incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS), current to DCN 20060808. This acquisition is being s olicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) applicable to this acquisition is 333120 with a size standard of 750 employees. All prospective offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contr actor Registration. Offerors may register online at https://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr/scripts/index.html. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price. The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the proposal will be the most advantageous to Government based on technical capability to meet the requirement and price. This requirement is being issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures as a Brand Name or Equal per FAR 52.211-6. Quotes are being s olicited for the following OshKosh Directional Loading Chute PN: 3000 TPH with installation to include truck hydraulics and cab controls to accept and operate the loading chute: Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001, Quantity: 1, Unit of Issue: Each, Desc ription: OSHKOSH Directional Loading Chute PN: 3000 TPH Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0002, Quantity: 1, Unit of Issue: Each, Description: Installation onto an OSHKOSH 2003 model H2718B Snow Blower to include modification to truck hydraulics and cab co ntrols to accept and operate loading chute. FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items (Sept. 2005) and specifically addendum 52.247-34 FOB Destination (Nov 1991). FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statues or Executive Order Commercial Items (August 2006) apply to this acquisition.
