- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm fixed pricing is requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-012. This posting is to inform potential providers that Dover Air Force Base, Delaware has a requirement to purchase scrubs in the following nine (9) line items: ITEM 1: SCRUB: Tunic; Color: Blue; Material: Ultra Soft Poly; Round Collar, 2-Pocket; Size: Small; Stable to ETO sterilization for infection control, meets NFPA 702 Class 1 flammability (IBE) for safety; Contains no natural latex to avoid potential reaction. 24 cases at 50 per case.
