Description

This is a solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes a Request for Quotation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation number F3H2B16158A200 is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently unavailable. This is an end of year (EOY) purchase and quotes must be good till 30 September 2006. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for one (1) Polaris Ranger. Brand Name or Equal. Must have the following features: 4X4 model,499cc liquid cooled 4 valve 4 stroke engine,Electric Starter,Automatic Transmission,Dual Range forward and reverse gearing,12.5 cubic feet box volume,11 inch ground clearance,1400 pounds hitch towing capacity,850 pounds box capacity,1350 pounds vehicle payload capacity,factory installed brake and tail lights dual beam hi/low halogen headlights,and Factory installed seatbelts.CONTRACTOR MUST BE REGISTERED IN CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) PRIOR TO AWARD.
