- Description: This amendment is to inform contractors that the campers will be installed in F350 duelies (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number F3CTSS6223A200 is being issued as a request for quotation. (iii) Quotation shall be valid until 1 Oct. 2006. (iv) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. (v) Notice: This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 441210 with a small business size standard not to exceed $6.5 Million. (vi) Contract line items: Item 0001 ? 3EA Sun Valley Slide In Camper, Model No 865WS or approved equal. Length 8 ft 6 in. Camper to include 4 cubic foot refrigerator, 20,000 BTU furnace, 6 gallon water heater with winter bypass kit, toilet, shower, cook top stove with power range fan and light, on demand water system, LP leak detector, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, steal re-enforced tie down areas, wood drawers, triple sealed corners, laminate one piece roof with vinyl covering, four corner jacks, air conditioning, extended over cab with two twin mattresses, fiberglass side walls, winter package (bubble packed astro fill, glued to back of the plywood or equivalent insulation rating), insulated floor, microwave, tv/dvd combo, two 20 Gal. propane tanks, and installation and wiring of the camper into F350 Duelies. (vii) Delivery is to be completed 30 days ADR. Place of delivery is 91 SSPTS, Attn: TSgt, Clifford Gardner, 311Bomber BLVD, Minot AFB, ND 58705. Delivery and acceptance is FOB Destination. (viii) The provision 52.211-5 Brand Name or Equal ? Applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision 52-232-18 Availability of funds. ? Applies to this acquisition. (x) The provision of 52.212-1, Instruction to Offers - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. (xi) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. The evaluation procedure to be used for this procurement is price and price related factors. (xii) Contractor must be registered on ORCA (https://orca.bpn.gov) before the close of this solicitation or may not be considered for award. (xiii) Clause 52.204-7, CCR Registration, Offeror must be CCR (http://www.ccr.gov/) registered before the close of this solicitation (xiv) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (xv) Clause52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition: 52.222-19, -21, -26, -35, -36, -37, 52.225-1, 52.232-33, 52.219-6.
