- The purpose of this modification is to change the intended contract type from a single five-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to a single Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract with a base year and four options. Offerors are advised that due to recent revision, the Performance Work Statement has been re-classified FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY (FOUO) and will be provided under separate cover, upon request. Instructions for obtaining a copy of the Performance Work Statement will be included in the RFP. The revised release date for the formal RFP is scheduled to occur on or about 15 Dec 2005. All proposals will be due sixty days from the actual release date of the formal RFP, on or about 15 Feb 2006. Industry questions and the Gov ernment answers will be included in the RFP.
