- IQC06122009014, NSN 1615-01-320-6620, Disk Pack Repair Kit. Manufacture in accordance with Miba Hydramechanica Corp, Cage 66951, P/N K1001. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity contract with an estimated annual demand quantity of 59 each for the base year and option years. 140 DARO, Destination. Other than full and open, only one source, intended source Cage 66951. Note 22 applies. Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
