- Description
- Noun: Control Display Unit (CDU), and Multi-Function Display (MFD) Software Load/Test Stands, 2 of each, which will be used to load software on the Common Avionics Architecture System (CAAS) hardware. These load/test stands will be delivered to Ft. Lewis, Washington, and Hunter Army Airfield, Savannah, GA. The part numbers are 989-6865-001 and 989-6866-001 respectively. Delivery of these units is required 90 days after contract award. Delivery will be FOB Origin. The Government does not have the drawings or specifications to allow for full and open competition. Firms that recognize and can provide subject items within the timeframe, are encouraged to contact the procuring contracting officer who can provide additional information on the requirement. Pursuant to FAR 6.302, the intended source is Rockwell Collins, Inc., 400 Collins Road, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498-0001. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. See Note 22
