- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Special Warfare Development Group has a requirement for the equipment identified herein this document. The solicitation number is H92244-06-Q-0134 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12 effective 4 August 2006.
