Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE NEW BERN, NORTH CAROLINA The United States Government seeks to lease Office and Warehouse space consisting of approximately 12,123 rentable square feet in New Bern, North Carolina. The space should yield approximately 10,542 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. A minimum of seventy (70) surface parking spaces should be available on-site or adjacent to the space offered. Satisfactory public transportation with adequate parking must be available within 3 blocks of the space offered. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Intersection of Glen Burnie Road (BUS70) and Neuse Boulevard, South to Chattawaka Lane. South: Intersection of Shoreline Drive and Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard (Rt.17) continue East on Martin Luther King, Jr. to Trent Road to continuing East on Trent Road to Chattawaka Lane. East: Intersection of Neuse Boulevard and Chattawaka Lane to Trent Boulevard. West: Intersection of Glen Burnie Road and Neuse Boulevard, South on Glen Burnie Road to Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, West on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard to Shoreline Drive. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than 02/14/08. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
