- The United States Government seeks to lease warehouse space consisting of approximately 35,000 rentable square feet in San Francisco, CA within the following delineated area: South San Francisco, CA and Brisbane, CA, within 2.5 miles of Highway 101. The space should yield 30,000 to 35,000 BOMA usable square feet. Parking is required for 1 vehicle. The proposed lease is for five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 31, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
