- This purposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit with only one source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The Executive Office of the President, Office of Administration, Procurement Branch intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to NCipher for the purchase of netHSM 500 Hardware and Maintenance Support. (NOTE: Contractor must be able to provide trade-in credit for existing hardware). This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. Required delivery date is September 6, 2006. Interested firms may email capability statements to the attention of Donna Truesdel at dtruesdel@oa.eop.gov. Only email inquiries will be accepted. Capability statements must be received by the response date and time of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
