- This procurement will be Unrestricted. The estimated value of this acquisition for the base period with all options is approximately $105,000,000. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 561210. This intention of this requirement is to award a combination Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity contract for all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, and other items necessary to provide: Facilities Support (Facilities Investment, Refuse Collection and Recycling, Swimming Pools); Utilities (Electrical, Wastewater, Water) at Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Maryland; Webster Field Annex, St. Inigoes, Maryland; Solomon?s Annex, Solomon?s, Maryland and Point Lookout, Maryland. The maintenance, repair, abatement and construction services will direct the Service Provider performance under the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) as well as the numerous Federal, Navy, State and local Lead and Asbestos regulations. The RFP will involve Service Provider performance of various workload combinations of maintenance, repair, and abatement under various Lead and Asbestos, CERCLA, RCRA, non-Lead, Non-asbestos, non-CERCLA and/or non-RCRA regulated maintenance requirements. Work will include, but is not limited to regularly scheduled preventive maintenance, unscheduled maintenance repair and minor construction of building equipment and other ancillary equipment.
