- DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS: The Bureau of Land Management will be soliciting for SPIKE a herbicide made by Dow Chemical. This is a 100% small business set-aside. A delivery period of 30 calendar days or no later then October 30, 2006 delivery period. With an estimated start date on or about September 25, 2006. Solicitation to be issued August 24, 2006. The project magnitude will be between $25,000 and $100,000. All questions must be forwarded in writing to: Lori_Krohn@blm.gov, please reference KAQ062038, SPIKE.
