- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award Sole Source to Intergraph Corporation, 170 Graphics Drive Madison Alabama, 35758-8802. This sole source is in accordance with authority citation Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1a(2)(iii). Intergraph Corporation is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will statisfy agency requirements. Award to any other souce would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government and is not expected to be recovered through competition. In addition, award to another souce would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling this requirement. The requirement is to continue the servive to maintain phase 5 of the Checklist Improvement Program (CHIP), and migrate the program to an Air Force Server. This service will be provided to Air Force Accounting and Finance Office, Denver Finance Center, CO 80279. Performance will begin 1 Oct 06. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
