- Emulsifier and inpsection penetrant 6850-01-414-7086. Sole Source:98733 Met-L-Chek 1639 Euclid Street Santa Monica CA. Current penetrant system does not allow for solvent mixing. Additionaly draining, refilling and purging to allow for a different penetrant would not economically feasible. The Governement would have to incur unessecary and financially harmful costs. Anticipated Award Date; 9-7-06 Written procedures will be to solicit for this acquisition.
