Request For Quote on the following items: DESCRIPTION QUAN UNIT MODEL # 17'X17'X 9'1 2 ea SLOPPED DOWN TO 8' 4-1/2" RECTAGULAR OUTDOOR COOLER (NO FLOOR).MOH029M23CFT CONDENSING UNIT LSC104A EVAPORATORS, UNIT IS 208-230/3/60 R22 3 HP.HERMETIC OUTDOOR UNIT AT 21.9 AMPS.EVAPORATORS ARE 115/1/60 6.2 AMPS This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-08, NAICS is 423740. Note that 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In addition the clause at 52.212-5, Contract terms and conditions required to implement Statutes or executive orders- Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. Specifically the following clauses cited are applicable: FAR 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; FAR 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for special disabled and Vietnam Era Veterans; Far 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 & 252.232-7009.
