- This announcement constitutes the synopsis only. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide and maintain portable toilets and hand wash stations at Lackland AFB, Lackland Training Annex, Wilford Hall Medical Center, Kelly Field Annex, and Camp Bullis, TX. The period of performance is 01 Oct 2006 to 30 Sep 2007, or date of award which ever is later to include 4 Option periods of one year each. This acquisition will be made under 100% total small business set aside. The NAICS Code 562991 (Septic Tank and Related Services). The size standard is $6.5 Million. The estimated date of issue for the request for quotation is 23 Aug 06. The estimated due date for quotes is 08 Sep 06. Vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and ORCA (Representation and Certification of commercial items) at www.bpn.gov database prior toaward or will notbe eligable for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
