- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Oakley Network, Salt Lake City, Utah for maintenance and upgrades to existing software and hardware previously pruchased from Oakley Network. The government anticipates awarding a fixed price contract for one year with four one year options. This is not a request for proposals. Oakley Networks, Inc. is deened the only responsible source capable of providing the equipment due to the proprietary system which is in place outside the United States. The existing system which is in place will continue to be supported. A justification for other than full and open competition is on file. No solicitation documents are available and requests for such will not be acknowledged. If one is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. The determination to open competition is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
