- This is for informational purposes only. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with SINHA Statistics Consulting, 9008 Ina Court, Columbia, MD 21045. The vendor shall furnish all consulting services in developing complex statistical models and methods for estimation and evaluation of health risks from combining data. The specific models and algorithms are based on advanced mathematical theories and linking methods. This work requires a high level of scientific expertise, sophistication and experience in adapting complex mathematical models to profile health risks with data from deferent sources. It is believed that service procured from this vendor meets the minimum needs of the government and no other source for this service is known at this time. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
