This item is not on the service?s Critical Safety Item list as of 8/23/2006. An Export Control Tech Data Package is available for this NSN. Required delivery is 300 days ARO, FOB Destination. Origin inspection is required. This is a Critical Application Item. Configuration Control applies. Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): Other than full and open competition. Any manufacturer other than the approved sources wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
