- IQC06187001. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract solicitation for one NSN. This IQC will consist of the following NSN: 4920-01-133-5655, Cover, Multi-Purpose, T700 Engine, General Electric (CAGE 63606) part number 21C7088P01. Approved source King Bag & Manufacturing (CAGE 99207). FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order This item is a Critical Application Item. This is NOT a Critical Safety Item as of August 23, 2006. Configuration Control Applies. Surge is required. Base period is 12 months. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.: Possible stock locations include but are not limited to: Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. DESTINATION Inspection is required. Required delivery is 97 days ARO. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Hub Zone Set-Aside Solicitation. Only those businesses certified by the Small Business Administration as Hub Zone businesses on the date of their solicitation response may submit offers. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other than full and open competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is September 8, 2006.
