DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP FEP. Requested delivery is 135 days ARO. This NSN is a flight critical component and is not commercial. This solicitation includes option for 100% quantity increase. Surge and sustainment are not applicable. FAT is not required. Solicitation will be issued unrestricted on an other than full and open competition. Final award decision may be based upon price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. See Note 23.
