- Solicitation SPM7L2-06-R-0032 is an unrestricted acquisition for NSN 2930-01-337-4102, Clutch, Fan, Engine, for a quantity of 185 EA, including 100% option for an additional 185 EA which may or may not be exercised at a later date. Approved sources: Cage 77873 P/N 4-50177 and Cage 45152 P/N 1800980. Requested phased delivery with 92 in 90 days and 93 in 120-days ADO, balance due 30 days thereafter. NSN requires Destination Inspection and Acceptance and FOB Destination. Destinations may include any DSCC stock sites. Quotations must be submitted in written form. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of September 7, 2006 at HTTP://DIBBS.DSCCCOLS.COM/RFP. The solicitation WILL NOT be available before the issue date of September 7, 2006. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
