- NSN: 5365-01-214-4987, SPACER, RING, An unrestricted technical data package for this NSN is available at the following DSCR Website: HTTPS://RIC1S-C025.DSCR.DLA.MIL/TDMD . IAW Drawing NR 19207 12339248 DTD 03/03/00. Type Number P/N 12339248-1. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 36 DARO. This NSN is not a critical application item, is not a commercial item, and is not a critical safety item as of 12/01/2005. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 23,376 each for the base year and 12,196 each for each option year thereafter. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 3,049 each for the base year only. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is projected to be 31 March 2006, and the solicitation closing date is 01 May 2006.
