- This Notice is modified to correct an administrative error in the way fractions were displayed. Only the following two paragraphs are modified. 5) Proposed building must have an environment conducive to learning and also project a professional educative image. Space must have office, training, and conference rooms in place, a loading dock, and one-fourth to one-half acre of open space (improved or unimproved) which may be screened from public view while providing access to a tractor-trailer vehicle; and be ready for occupancy by ETS and EOTA no later than or before September 30, 2006. Area of second consideration: Extending North on I-25 from Menaul, one-half to three-fourths of a mile either side of I-25 (East or West), North on I-25 to Tramway Rd. and close.
