- 3120-01-300-0897, IAW DRAWING NR 19206 12577140, BASIC DTD 12/06/91, AMEND NR C DTD 10/24/01, TYPE NUMBER DWG P/N: 12577140. THIS BUY IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. A PROPOSED LTC/IQC IS ANTICIPATED WITH A BASE YEAR AND FOUR OPTION YEARS. GUARANTEED MINIMUM QTY IS 15 EACH, WHICH APPLIES TO THE BASE YEAR ONLY. THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL DEMAND IS 60 EACH. THE MAXIMUM CONTRACT QUANTITY (BASE YEAR) IS 90 EACH. MINIMUM STOCK DELIVERY ORDER IS 15 EACH, MAXIMUM STOCK DELIVERY ORDR 30 EACH. TERMS FOB DEST., INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE AT DESTINATION. DELIVERY IS 60 DAYS ARO. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
