- This is a Combined Synopsis-Solicitation-Request For Proposal (RFP) for Development and Solutions for Providing Personal Identity Verification (PIV) of Federal and Contractor Employees Process and Services Software under REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) Number DOL069RP20209. This solicitation is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR, Part 12 and 15 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued – Contractor shall ensure that services to the Department of Labor (DOL)is affective and the contractor operation, including management, supervision, and shall coordinate to ensure that the contract and statement of work meets DOL need as specified in this RFP and contract requirement for the U.S. Department of Labor. The synopsis will be posted for your review and response by May 19, 2006. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-MAY-2006).
