- Work includes but is not limited to providing all material, labor, and equipment necessary for Dock Equipment Upgrades at the North Texas Mail Processing Center, 951 W. Bethel Road, Coppell, Texas. The estimated cost of the work is between $1,200,000.00 and $1,400,000.00 dollars, with construction completion no later than 180 calendar days after receipt of Notice To Proceed. There will be a pre-proposal meeting held on site on Thursday, August 31, 2006, 10:00 AM to discuss the specifics of this project. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly suggested.
