Description

The Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition and Procurement Office, on behalf of the Executive Services Directorate (ESD) Graphics and Presentations Division is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items being conducted under FAR 13.5 and prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This effort is for a contractor to provide and install exhibits in the Humanitarian Corridor of the Pentagon. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12 as of 4 August 2006. The proposed procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Only proposals received from responsible small businesses will be considered. The NAICs code is 712110, Small Business Size Standard $6.5M.
