- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE EL PASO, TEXAS The United States Government seeks to lease Class A Office Space consisting of approximately 15,150 rentable square feet of contiguous space in El Paso, Texas. The space should yield between a minimum of 13,175 and a maximum of 14,000 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. First floor space is preferred but not required. The building must be located within the following delineated area: Within the City limits of El Paso, Texas The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. The leased space must be able to accommodate two separate Spacesaver file systems requiring 1,585 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet and 720 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The expected floor load is 200 pounds per square foot. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
